We believe it is essential for students to be aware of progression routes within local employers. Understanding the entry points and potential trajectories in careers within local employers helps students and parents make informed decisions about their educational paths, ensuring that their chosen courses align with their desired professions. Awareness of progression pathways also helps foster motivation, enabling students to set clear goals and work towards achieving them.

In this section, we have worked with local employers to highlight starting points and career progression opportunities within their organisations.  There is almost always more to an employer than we were aware of!
